At Inside Out, you experience a choreography bydancing alongside dancers from the Hamburg Ballet School. Each participant is given headphones through which instructions for participating are played. No previous dance experience is required.
To get the most out of the interactive performance, we recommend comfortable, sporty clothing. Dancing on the dance floor is done barefoot or in socks. A project by the dance education department of Ballett am Rhein Tanz mit!, developed by Michael Foster.
