Annie Fassea

Annie Fassea, born in Athens, studied singing at the Athenaeum Conservatory and was a member of the Young Artists Programme of the Greek National Opera. She is a recipient of the Fulbright Artist's Scholarship for artistic development with bassist Dimitri Kavrakos in New York. Her repertoire includes Musetta (La bohème), Barbarina (Le nozze di Figaro), the Queen of the Night (The Magic Flute), Zerlina (Don Giovanni), Violetta (La Traviata) and Amina (La Sonnambula). Guest engagements have taken her to the Silesian Theatre in Troppau, Czechia, the Greek National Opera, the National Palace of Culture in Sofia, the Vienna Volksoper and the Royal Opera House Covent Garden. She will make her debut as the Queen of the Night at the Hamburg State Opera in the 2025/26 season. (As of 12/2025)
